We recently noted that the White House seems to be putting on a production of “Mr. Capone Goes to Washington.” That only puts the White House in the same league the Congress, controlled by the same party, has been in for years.

Not only have his flat denials of knowing he got special favors in his own home loans “evolved” to, yeah, sure I knew, but it was no big deal, it now emerges that he was fondly known to those who gave him corrupt favors as, “a friend of Angelo”.
